By accessing or using the Limited Support Portal ("Service"), you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Service.

If you do not agree with these terms, you must not use this Service. This Service is operated by Limited ("we", "us", "our").

To use this Service, you must:

• Be at least 16 years of age (or your local age of digital consent)
• Have a valid Discord account
• Be a member of the Limited Discord server

Access to the portal is provided via Discord OAuth authentication. By logging in, you grant permission for us to access:

• Your Discord username and global name
• Discord user ID
• Your avatar
• Email address (used only for account identification)

You agree not to:

• Submit false, misleading, or malicious tickets or appeals
• Spam the ticket or live chat system
• Harass staff or other members through the portal
• Attempt to exploit, reverse-engineer, or interfere with the Service

Limited staff reserve the right to:

• Close tickets and reject appeals at their discretion
• Refuse support for abusive behaviour
• Retain a record of all tickets, appeals, and chat messages for moderation and auditing

We provide the Service "as is" and do not guarantee uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or permanent storage of tickets. We may modify or discontinue the Service at any time.

Limited is not liable for loss of data, service interruptions, decisions made based on ticket responses, or user-submitted content.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of updated Terms.
